Our Clients
Our focus is the service sector, and we work with a wide range of clients from Blue Chips to SME’s, as well as the NHS and not for profit organisations.
Our Commitment to the Community
Bespoke Performance Solutions, has since inception, been based in Bath in the UK; we value the wonderful environment and community this affords us. In addition to seeking supplies and service from local businesses, we are involved at Board level with a local charity, Julian House.
Julian House, www.julianhouse.org.uk, supports homeless men and women, and those at risk of homelessness in and around the city of Bath. We chose to work with Julian House because our capability in organisational improvement is highly consistent with the nature of the challenges they face. The organisation finds itself in a highly competitive environment and increasingly needs to provide better quality services at reduced costs whilst also having to deal with the measurement regime currently adopted by Government.
We also share a common philosophy; the problem of homelessness is extremely complex, one which we recognise is best tackled by understanding and dealing with the causes rather than reacting to effects. Today Julian House directs the majority of the organisation’s resources at preventing homelessness and helping ex-clients to stay off the streets as opposed to treating the symptoms.
